One Week Training

Our 100 Hr 12-day training is designed in 2 separate parts. For those of you who can take only 5 days off your work, we are glad to propose the 1 week training with the following themes.

Program April 13 - 19

  • Mysore style self-practice

  • Asana Lab

  • Sequencing

  • Yoga Philosophy

This week is for you if you would like to deepen your practice and take a 50hr training. If you are following the Downwarddog Yoga Centre 300 Hr program, this training will count as electives hours to complete the 300 Hr Training.
